Julie Lee
Dr. Julie Lee, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist, behavioral health strategist, Gen Z advocate, and faculty who helps organizations create engaging work and learning places through mental health inclusivity.
She coaches executives and emerging leaders along with Fortune 500 companies, technology start-ups, and higher education institutions to inspire organizational change among individuals and workforces. As an educator and a clinical psychologist, she has worked throughout her career to improve the access to and the educational outcomes of students from marginalized backgrounds in higher education institutions.
Her work with organizations includes: Accenture, Harvard University, Dell, Boston Scientific, Brown University, Deutsche Bank, Verizon, Massachusetts General Hospital, Neolth, and Telosity.
Dr. Lee has held supervisor and instructional roles at Brown University, Harvard University, and Boston College. At Brown University, she was Associate Dean of College for Academic Support and Transfer, in which she directed academic support services, managed learning initiatives, and administered Brown’s transfer and non-traditional student advising programs. In addition, she has provided educational consultations for Harvard Business School, Amherst College, and Boston University.
She is an affiliate faculty of the Center for Cross-Cultural Student Emotional Wellness at Massachusetts General Hospital and teaches graduate classes at Lynch School of Education and Human Development at Boston College.
Julie Lee holds a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College, an M.Ed. in Human Development and Psychology fromthe Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Suffolk University.
